So, it’s over.
A chapter of your life has been shut. No matter how short or long, or who pulled the trigger, it’s done.
I read a book once that explained how in big life changes there is loss, and with that loss comes a necessary grieving process.
I believe this to be even more true when it comes to break ups: it’s a monumental shift in your life and as you do with the death of a loved one, you must grieve.
